The Actor Bill Pertwee has died at the age of 86. Best Known for playing Warden Hodges in Dads army.
 
Yes very sad, he has been a bit frail for the last few years. Met him several times when I was involved with the Dads Army Appreciation Society. Always had a tale to tell. RIP
