Just watched Getting on Sydney's Wire, and noticed again
that the Film Sound Engineer is Bill Wilde (as in Brian
Wilde???), but in IMDB he is also called Bill Wild. Poses
all sorts of questions???
 
Funnily enough i was watching that series today and noticed the same name in, Who made a bit of a splash in Wales then, although it was spelt Bill Wild.Did wonder though if there might be any connection

Andrew Wilde.

Bill Wild did fourteen episodes total on "Film Sound", four early ones as Bill Wilde and the rest as Bill Wild. He had a total of 26 television show credits from 1970 to 1989 and only in these four LOTSW episodes is he credited as Bill Wilde. Was someone muddling him with Brian Wilde. (Andrew did not feature until 1995)
