Boarded up windows

The Holmfirth webcam is at a different angle and you can see the boarded up windows above the cafe. Does anyone know what they are doing to the cafe?

There's long delays on getting windows at the moment, I know as mine are going to take 3 months to manufacture. So I'm guessing that is the reason for the plywood, I know I've had plywood in mine for weeks!
 
New windows??

Bit surprised the cafe and surrounding buildings aren't listed, and that the original old sash would have to stay.

The windows provided a very strong plotline in 'A Merry Heatwave'.
