Still not sure if it includes the pilot or not, the info on Amazon's site is out of date

Does the episode from either of those sources have closed captions / subtitles? If not, it's useless to those of us whose hearing is impaired.

The comment also said that these comments were from previous box set releases, most of the feedback is old and must be for previous box sets of series released and not for the complete series only released a couple of weeks ago
