Has anyone noticed when using a PC, you install or update a piece of software and the amount of boxes you have to click or tick or agree to as progress is made to install the software, and how some updates will stop and install the new software, others will almost complete and then tell you that you have to cancel, close down the program and start all over again, and some installs still have the sneaky tick box to stop them installing something you don't want

noticed with freeware like io installer and driver scanner they sneak some of their other products in the install process and you have to click skip to exclude so if you are someone who just clicks to get it done with you can easily end up with additional products you don't want.

If you would all get a sensible computer, like my Mac, you'd realise that we don't have to suffer these problems. When there's an upgrade or when you want to install an app you just upload the files. Job done!
Some apps do like a little banter while installing but nothing like that OTHER operating system that I've heard exists....
