Countryfile saying goodbye

Great show. Does anyone have the Songs of Praise edition from the same day as the final episode, which was also in Holmfirth?

Thanks for posting this Terry, really moving to see Tom at the end visiting his dads grave, sadly no longer with us either.

It's a pity the BBC didn't use presenters who were more familiar with the show, not sure about Adam but the female presenter (sorry forgotten her name) clearly has never or very seldom seen the show with some of her questions/comments but makes out she was a fan.:(

I agree Barry probably just a jolly day out for her
 
I always wish the actors would ask the presenter, "you're clearly a very big fan, which was the name of your favorite episode and what did you like about it?"
