Have you ever noticed the tricks they played with Crushers height to introduce him.
When watching "Keeping Britain Tidy," I noticed he was evidently standing on a platform behind the counter to make him appear taller. When he grabs Foggy, Crusher is several inches taller, yet he is actually only 1" taller than Foggy, which you can plainly see in later episodes.
If you watch closely you can see the bottom of Crusher's black jacket is a few inches above the counter when he first stands up. Then after Ivy comes in from the kitchen, and he is no longer on the platform, the bottom of his jacket is a few inches below the counter. It's one of those things you wouldn't notice initially but only notice after watching it many times. It was a good trick though and accomplished what they wanted in getting everyone to think he was huge.
