I usually park on the "Recent Posts" page. To learn if there is anything new I have to refresh it or reopen it. Is there a clever PC guru who can advise if there is any way of automatic updating?

On the UK TV Message Boards, particularly for me the LOTSW Board, I get an email when anything is added. Useful feature that.

There is a button right above this topic or collection of topics called "Notify".
I don't use it. I visit recent changes.

Be philosophical about the amount of mail you will get and the amount of data traffic between this website and your computer.
Is a lot of e-mail really useful?
Visiting the website is more fun.

Free to Descartes: :D "I get e-mail there for I am" .
