The first series of LOSW drops out of copyright which means it can be shared or sold without a problem,apparently the law states the following

Section 6. Duration of Copyright
The 1988 Copyright, Designs and Patents Act States the duration of copyright as
Part V. Broadcasts and Cable Programmes
Protected for/ 50 years from the end of the calendar year in which the broadcast was made.
The good news is it will be around 2068 before this applies to the new series of Big Brother
