DVD packaging

I have just started to watch all the Episodes from Series 1 again. Has anyone noticed the quality of the DVD packaging compared to the latest ones. Series 1 & 2 is like a book which opens out with a couple of nice quality pictures. The latest offering is just a pack with the 4 DVDs. I hadn`t realised until I got it out again this week.

Its changed a few times and not always for the better. Who ever designs them is being paid to much thats for sure.

You are probably right Amos but I think you will agree there is no comparison between the two.

A bit off-topic, but I really hate the DVD sets. I buy them,
but it takes so long to get from inserting the DVD to actually
watching an episode. I really do prefer to capture the
individual episodes as files and burn them to a disc as
files with just a simple menu of episodes. So much faster
and easier to get to watching the episode.
