Entwistle's Pick-Up Truck ?

[Hey-Up]

I was wondering if anyone knows what they do with 'Electrical' ;D Entwistle's red pick-up truck when they are not making a series of LOTSW? Does it belong to someone local, or maybe some production company?

I Believe that all the older vehicles were owned by a company that specialise in film rental,I know they also owned vehicles for Emmerdale like the Dingles van,last time I spoke to one of their drivers they were looking at selling of Edie's car which is now in private ownership along with Wesley's land rover, I am guessing that some of the modern cars like Barry's were loaned for the duration of filming each year,cheap advertising I suppose

Certainly vehicles such as Wally's motor cycle combination were used for a number of filmings - not just SW - over theyears. It used to be in a Bygones Museum in Haworth although that is now long gone and the building (once a cinema) is now a block of apartments.

As Barry's car changes every series then it is quite likely it is hired/whatever for the duration. Presumably all the vehicle shots would be down together thsu only needed for a short time.
