Foggy's army office door signs

Aside from the episode "The Man From Oswestry", did Foggy ever discuss at length his army office door signs or his skills as a calligrapher? Were said skills ever integral to the plot of any other episode?
 
He often mentioned his sign writing, once referring to himself as "Master of the Gothic script". Compo had a less complimentary description,"Corporal chuffing sign writer".
 
I remember in a 90s episode he said he was going to paint the sign for something. Possibly The Empire that Foggy Nearly Built, but I'm not sure.
 
Foggy talked about being a signwriter in Catching Digby's Donkey just before he fell off the gate Compo untied. That's one of my favourite Foggy bits,dont think it was Brian who fell though ;D
