It is sad that they are gone, they are however lucky, as are We the fans in the sense that they immortalized by a show loved by millions not just in the UK but worldwide, a feat rarely achieved. I was shocked to see just how many US followers the show has, quite amazing.

John Comer was a brilliant comedy actor, he was a massive loss to the show. Sid was a cracking character. The by-play between him, the trio and Wally made the show in the early years.

always hard to picture people who die at a relatively young age(in John's case,59) as an old personHappy Birthday to both of you. Gosh, John Comer, 88? I can´t imagine him at 88 at all!
