Has anyone else spotted this

In one episode right at the start you hear a good quality cough,probably someone in the studio audience,I surprised they did not edit it out,anyone else heard this if so can you name the episode

I can't place the episode but there were one or two episode that sounded like they were filmed in a TB ward somewhere.
