Amos - Hope that you are feeling better. I recommend taking brisk walks with friends, find a dog or cat to pet, and remember, things will get better. If you have a favorite movie, especially one that makes you laugh; find it and watch it again.
 
Its been so hard. I seem take one step forward then 5 steps back. At the moment it doesn't seem that I will be home in the near future.
 
Don't give up hope, Amos. Keep thinking about the steps you've taken forward and don't think about backwards steps.
