House Update #7

We have not done much over the last couple of weeks, due to illness and the Christmas break,but we have been back for the last couple of days, the attic has been emptied of all the old insulation which was rotting away and having little effect, 10 new recessed lights have been installed in the kitchen ceiling, and a new floor in the bathroom fitted.

It is hoped by the end of the coming week, the electrics in the dining room will be done, along with insulation and a new floor

We are still waiting a start date to replace all the double glazing

Good luck on finishing the house. If they install one window at a time, can the house be occupied or is it better to wait until they're done?

There is still a lot to be done and the windows will hold up a major job,plastering, the aim is to complete the house so they can move in April

A major undertaking - however all the work will be worth it .....
