Does anyone remember a comedy called I didn't know you cared? I think it must have been shown in the 70s . It reminds me of LOTSW with its dry sense of humour.

I think you will find a lot of members who do remember it with great fondness . Starred amongst others Sid [ John Comer ] and also Anita Carey [ Lionel's wife Mavis in the Spores episode] from our beloved show `. It often gets a mention in posts .

I have the complete series and watch it from time to time, some good moments in the show and a good cast

You can still buy the box set new for around £50, there are some used for sale on ebay around £18

Yes it does seem a bit on the expensive side.

Agree about ebay: thye do not want any neutral or negative feedback so try really hard to avoid any upsets.


I hada light bulb that looked like it had been crushed during transit judging from the state of it on arrival.

I was asked to send a photograph which was slightly awkward as my iPad did not connect directly to the e mail part - had to save the iCloud picture in another file to select it to send (complex approach but the only way to get it to work).

Eventually managed this then next thing is the sale has been cancelled and I get a refund so no chance of commenting on the transaction.
