Tidbit, according to Merriam-Webster:
1 : a choice morsel of food

2 : a choice or pleasing bit (as of information)

The less preferred spelling is given as "titbit".

According to the OED, "titbit" is the preferred spelling and "tidbit" is labeled North American. The definitions are roughly the same, though.
