I couldn't believe just how dapper Bill Owen looks, couldn't be further from Compos outfits!!!!!!

He worked very hard to be dapper and even immediately changed from the Compo clothing after filming was over.

Whereas Wally [Joe Gladwin] was always suited and booted in the show and real life , a real natty dresser !
