Let Down by Wicks

Not a happy bunny today, on Dec 10th we placed a order at Wicks for over £300 of building materials,on the day they said they would be hard pressed to deliver before Christmas and offered to deliver today to be sure of getting it, they also offered to call the day before to confirm a time,we had no call yesterday and could not get an answer when we tried call around 17.30, they called us at 07.15 this morning to say they cannot make the delivery and we will now have to wait until the 2nd

Not what i would call good customer service.

What compensation are they offering?

What reason did they give?

Have they competitiors locally you can threaten them with?

Or do you want me to send in Truly and his team to sort them out?
