Lip readers?

In "Hey, big vendor" about 3/4 of the way in, the ladies are at their coffee/tea and Glenda mentions that Barry was thinking of getting some tatoos.
Edie says to Glenda something about not allowing them and that no member of her family had tatoos, after which Edie says something, and here is my question:
The overdub has her saying "well I have seen Wesley without his oily overalls", BUT look at her lips and that is definitely NOT what she originally says, so do we have any lip readers here that can translate?

I have the same question Gothic! For reference the scene is at: 20' 42". She says without his oilskins I think. It is intriguing. Censorship? Fluffed her lines?

I've just watched this myself, Thora Hird was very old and frail by this stage in the series so I'm pretty sure she simply fluffed her lines. Why they didn't just retake the scene I don't know, perhaps they didn't pick this up until the edit?

Wesley's overalls had that much Castrol [ other brands are available] on them then oilskins is an appropriate name for them
