Looking for an eposode title

One or two I can remember I'm trying (and failing) to recall an episode title. It featured Wesley fixing swivel type office chairs to a trailer for a ladies outing. When on the move the chairs kept spinning making everyone dizzy. Any ideas?
 
I think you mean "Deviations with Davenport"" The guy Davenport is writing A guide book and Foggy manages to get them all lost. Wesley finds them and Howard and Marina and takes them all back to town while he still has the chairs on the trailer. ;D ;D
