This will get the grey matter going, can you name any actors who've appeared in both Last of the Summer Wine and any of the Carry On Films? I'm excluding Carry On Columbus as I don't class that as a proper Carry On Film :20::20::20: I've not counted them all, but there must be loads.

John Bluthal was in several Carry On's , Follow that Camel [as wonderfully named Corporal Clotski] , Spying,Henry and of course he was the Barber in Brushes at Dawn in LOTSW who sprayed Foggy with cologne after cutting his hair much to Compo's consternation . He of course also starred with the great Spike Milligan in the Q series and is affectionately remembered as Frank Pickle in the Vicar of Dibley but he has a CV as long as your arm.
 
Well done Captain, I knew you'd not disappoint with coming up with one of the obvious ones (ie from the very first Carry On Film;))
 
The biggy is...Brian Wilde... who had very small parts in 'Carry on Doctor' and 'Carry on Henry'. I believe he had a larger part in LOTSW. :)
 
Been in everything what a career , Norman Mitchell was Duckworth in Beware the Oglethorpe and was in Cabby, Cleo , Spying, Screaming and Emmanuelle
 
Margaret Nolan was Connie in Pate and Chips and was in Girls, Henry, at your Convenience, Cowboy , apparently she was carrying on with Dick :30: you kept that quiet tut tut , oh[ and] Matron ! :)
 
Bill Owen was in Carry On Cabby, Carry On Regardless, Carry On Nurse and Carry On Sergeant.
