I'm currently working my way through the Milatry Comedy MASH that ran for 11 series. I don't really remember it first time round. Any other fans here

A classic show. Many fond memories of watching it as a family growing up.

I liked the first go round, but it's not something I enjoy over and over like LOTSW..

It airs daily here There are several "antenna" channels in the US that air 60s - 80s era sitcoms (Andy Griffith, Brady Bunch, etc). M.A.S.H is considered a "dramedy" so...drama with comedic elements (or the other way around depending on your take : ).

It's a very good series.

As for the humour being 'of a certain time', that aspect fades away after the first few seasons.

Make sure you stick with it, and you will be rewarded with the epic finale episode

When it was first on, it was very relevant for those times. Remember those times? And as for humor, there was a certain humor happening. A humor against the background of a war.
