I'm not far from Mablethorpe. Have they picked there ironically because it was the butt of several jokes in the series?

Looks really interesting, I did have to look on the map where Maplethorpe was and sadly it's a bit to far for me. I was amazed to see it was next to somewhere called Miami Beach. Every day is a school day as I never knew Miami Vice was set in Lincolnshire.....
