Perhaps they are at her bedroom window at the back, since Compo see her from the top of Wesley`s Land Rover.

It was always amazing what Nora would hang on her line to dry despite the obvious embarrassment when Compo sat down on his deckchair to watch her hanging her underwear out for all to see . I couldn't see Nora drying anything on a clothes horse around the fire , when washing day came around Nora was definitely one for having fresh air around her "unmentionables!" to dry them

That one where they steal her clothes line and she goes out there with this bundle of wet sheets and goes to hang these sheets up and suddenly finds out that she has no line. That throws me on the floor laughing each time I see it.
