It took Roger nearly 15 mins to get the answer, I'm worried his knowledge may be slipping

As that's not a real police station and the notice board is only just "stuck" there - yes ... all from the props / art department! This building faces the rear of the "new" Co-Op, used in some later episodes when we see the back door and loading bay.
