OCR

If you Google Reaper OCR 2016, you'll see it. I'll see if I can upload some pictures.

I am pretty tired but proud of myself but not as proud as I am of all 6 of my grandkids, 4 did the kids 2K event ( One losing a shoe half way round but still ploughed on) and the 2 eldest did the adult 10K event. I'm one proud grandmother today. :D

I take it that OCR involves a lot of mud. Is it is some type of obstacle course that must be completed quickly? Jumping over barrels and sliding under something? That sort of thing? Running through tires?

Yes pretty much but with fences, 12 foot A frames, both wooden and cargo net, tire carrying under cargo nets was hard. The elites went out first because they were being timed for the British squad but there wasn't a time limit on the rest of us. We could take as long as we liked so long as we finished.

It's classed as an extreme sport, the insurance companies won't touch it. One man had to be airlifted off because he landed badly and broke his leg. It's quite dangerous, on another course my daughter was on someone fell off the cargo net A frame and broke his neck ence why the insurance companies won't touch it.

BRILLIANT Pearl. Well done. You certainly have got Girl Power

Not sure about that, my daughter was on the admin team and all the marsels knew I was her Mam ( mainly because she had me special t shirts made with ***** Mam on the back) she said a lot of them came back in telling her I was one stubborn ( she dog), which just about sums me up.
