I was watching 'Big Day at Dream Acres' and was wondering if the driver who knocks the tramp off Cleggs bike was John Louis Mansi who played Smallhausen in Allo Allo?

The IMDB cast list for that episode does not list him, though it does list several people without named roles, some of whom appeared as extras in other LOTSW episodes over the years. I've always thought that for a scene like that the easiest thing to do would be to use a stunt person, but maybe thats not allowed.
