Hi, if you are are BT customer you should of had a email in the last few days telling you about the price increases from July 2016, towards the bottom of the email is a link to take you to your offers, it is worth following this link, which takes you to your BT Account.

My Infinity 1 package went from £15 a month down to £10 a month for the next 12 month's they also increased the download speed from 40 Mbs to 55 Mbs

A neighbour on standard broadband had their monthly broadband reduced from £13.50 a month to £8.00 a month for the next 12 months

Off course none of these price include line rental or other services but it is still a saving
 
We're having a lot of trouble internet wise at the moment and looking into other providers, who would you recommend? Is BT worth a go?

Well I have been with them since Nov 2015 on their Infinity 1 package with not one problem,which I hope continues, though you have to have a telephone line I don't use it for calls, most things can go wrong at times,what is important is how quick they can fix it
