This is good episode in my opinion. One can easily imagine Foggy instead of Seymour in this. The sequence where Compo is peddling the bicycle is brilliant.
 
personally i cant see foggy in this episode cause he wudnt of invented the "rubber duck", i think its an ok episode not great tho, but i gotta admit i love barrys face in the car scene
 
A great episode that I recently missed in my tv station's rotation due to storm related power outage. I previously voted this episode as having my favorite Compo scene. It wasn't just that fact that Compo was flying down the hill in the out of control ice cream bike. It was the Compo's duck whistle that made it hilarious.
