Howard had better not go to East Anglia University wearing his "silly hat" because the Students Union there have stopped a restaurant there giving them out as advertising . Apparently sombrero's worn by non-Mexicans can be construed as racist!! :me: :14: :confused:

No Frank Spencer nights then , berets are offensive when worn by non-French people, No Tommy Cooper nights either , Fez's are offensive when worn by non-Turkish people and definitely no tea leafing of traffic cones , wearing a traffic cone on your head is offensive to Road workers , Traffic Wardens and the Police as they are vital in their day to day work . :16:
