Spotted in the Radio Times

I doubt it, they are more interested in cutting edge programes and mildly pornographic cop series.I am watching Barbara on Gold in the afternoons. This is another good show of the type not favoured anymore with a good cast and story lines.

Yes the actress is good in Barbara but I preferred her in Duty Free which was shown before this.

Having just come back from holiday which took me away from home for three weeks I have been catching up with things. A day or so back I saw some reference to a "new" TV Channel "Drama". Researched that today to find that it is another UKTV channel. Amused in a sense that if we go back a year or so UKTV renamed two channels: Gold became G.O.L.D. (for "Go On Laugh Daily" - I think that is the right way round as I note it has now metamorphised to GOLD and the trite motto has gone) and "Drama" became "alibi". So now "DRAMA" has re-emerged. Way back I recall LOTSW was shown on both "Gold" and "Drama". looking at the TV schedules I note an episode on the new "DRAMA" channel today.

Slightly amused at the referenced Radio Times article. I note it states the show "ran for 31 series and 295 episodes" - not the 32 series some, particularly the dastardly DVD producers, would have us believe.
