The Missing Bus of Mrs Avery, if you look at the scene almost at the end when Mrs Avery hauls Howard into the back of the Land Rover just for a second you can see a hand on the left hand side of Howard's coat and it appears someone was pushing him upwards
 
Also someone else has pointed out in Charity Balls when Pearl enters the caravan,you can see the leg of the person who tips the caravan over
 
Two good spots that I will check out when I leave hospital. Which hopefully will be by july
