As I reflect upon the clouds created by the remnants of a hurricane, my cell phone (mobile) is upstairs and probably in need of a charge; AND to reset a password that I forgot to write down, I was told that they MUST send a text message to the cell phone that I then must use to reset the password. Oh dear.
