As some of you know I've had internet problems for months. I can't trash TalkTalk enough for their really rubbish customer service. We finally swapped to Sky who have been fantastic, they sent out a socket engineer, no, I'd never heard of one either but he was lovely, he couldn't fix it but he ordered a BT engineer and he came and found the problem and fixed it. Sky rang me every few days to see how it was going, I can't fault the customer service at all. I'd never use TalkTalk again that's for sure, when you ring it takes an act of Parliament to get through to a human, which is so frustrating but any who, I'm back :D :D :D
 
Your right Pearl TalkTalk are not very good i'm with them at the moment. I have Sky was it easy to switch to Sky? Did TalkTalk try to make it hard work to leave them?
 
I am very happy with BT at the moment,just started a deal with their infinity 2 package, getting 75 down and 18 up all for £15 a month fixed for 2 years plus line rental

We thought that but we rang Sky told them what was going and they dumped TalkTalk for us, about 2 days later I ha an email from TalkTalk saying they were sorry we were leaving, we didn't have to talk to them at all, it was all sorted by Sky, just ring Sky and leave it to them, it was so easy, I wish we'd done it months ago!

Sounds like you managed to get away easily. I know one couple who struggled for months to get out of talktalk's clutches.
