As some of you know I've had internet problems for months. I can't trash TalkTalk enough for their really rubbish customer service. We finally swapped to Sky who have been fantastic, they sent out a socket engineer, no, I'd never heard of one either but he was lovely, he couldn't fix it but he ordered a BT engineer and he came and found the problem and fixed it. Sky rang me every few days to see how it was going, I can't fault the customer service at all. I'd never use TalkTalk again that's for sure, when you ring it takes an act of Parliament to get through to a human, which is so frustrating but any who, I'm back
