TECH HELP!!

Anybody out there "tech-savvy" enough to explain to me why I cannot read a PDF from my utility company(gas/electric) yet I can read anybody elses?? When I click on yougov etc they come up smartly, yet the gas ones give a little flicker , I get a new window but no writing.The gas people say that I dont have the latest adobe reader ,but I do. I am on Windows 7 and using INTERNET EXPLORER 9. ??? ??? :-[

Apparently Terry I am not the only one with trouble on the Windows 7 and IE9 front so am trying all options.Failing that the gas co will have to carry on sending me paper bills!

You can always install an extra browser like Chrome or firefox to overcome these problems
