This may sound a bit cheesy, but as some of you know I work in a hospital sometime's in A-E and it is very stressful and challenging at time's. I think I may of saad this before but I would just like to say this great website is ideal for me to relax and unwind and I feel I have made some great friend's.

In a plate of abjectly average cakes with one star in an eclair then I'm afraid my money is on Edie to be a choux sorry shoe in to grab it , hope your are winding down as best you can Gill towards your well earned break ,given the untold pressure you must face at work on a daily basis.
