Foggy and Compo are walking along talking about Cleggy and Mrs Jack Attercliffe, Compo asked I wonder where Cleggy is, Foggy spots a car some distance away and states here they come now.
Later in the episode, they are in the Co-op car park and see the mini and Compo says this is her car, and Foggy replies are you sure, yet he spotted it before with no problem.
I just thought this was a odd remark

Well spotted. It could have been that a lot of cars look liked Mrs Jack Attercliffe car. Who knows but great spotting

Foggy was probably making sure it wasn't the Vicar's car.
In the series 13 episode “Pole Star” the same car is driven by a vicar and his wife who are surprised to see Howard and Marina in one of their disguises!

It could be an issue of script/filming continuity vs. edited final version continuity. Maybe the scenes were originally meant to be in a different order.
