The Butcher's Arms ???

The Butcher's Arms has been used in loads of Summer Wine
episodes. We have always enjoyed a pint there, and the walk back
thru Jackson Bridge.

But looks like The Butcher's Arms has moved, been sold, closed down,
or otherwise become Not There.

Anyone out there give us a clue?? We will be in the area in a month
or so, and will walk from Holmfirth to Jackson Bridge at least. (Of
course stopping at the Boot and Shoe in Scholes.) Question is,
should we continue on to Hepworth or is the Butcher's Arms
truly (??) gone???

I checked the Butcher's Arms website and it does look like their is something going on. I dug a little bit and found this website http://www.enterpriseinns.com/Pages/Home.aspx that has the Butcher's Arms as a client (put Holmfirth in the search box). I may be completely wrong, but it appears to me that the current management is just moving on from the Butcher's Arms to work at another pub/restaurant. The Enterprise Inn folks may be looking for new managers to take over the Butcher's Arms........but it is still in operation.
