Did anyone know that Mike Grady, Barry in LOTSW, was in, 'Thomas & Friends: King of the Railway - The Movie (2013)'? Can anyone confirm this?

Yes that is correct!

He was also in a few Carry On films as well as Citizen Smith of course.

He was in most of the Thomas & Friends films and the TV series. He was the voice of railway enthusiast Sir Robert Norramby. The voice he used was a posh upper class accent, nothing like Barry's voice.
