Two questions?

Noticed in the series I am watching that Barry isnt in it and was out from 1990 to 1996, did they give any reason about why he wasnt around at the time or was it not mentioned?

Secondly how often do the BBC release new DVD;s of the show?

there is a new one out later this month and another in I think February. I always get mine from sendit.com Regards Happyjack

Don't remember any non-Barry reason being given, but
while he was gone (to another show??), Glenda kept
talking about "My Barry" at the women's get-togethers.
