Popped up to Doncaster yesterday and watched a few hours of the filming, for the watchers it was well organised as we were placed in a sheep pen out of shot, this was mainly due to some of the watchers still having their mobile ringer turned on or their cameras bleeping every time they took a picture
I managed to get a few decent photo's, grateful for my camera having a decent zoom, some folk were using mobiles and I dread to think what they will end up with in the way of pictures, yesterday they were filming for the Christmas special, at one point one of the old LOSW crew spotted me and got me down to a much better spot directly opposite the shop, sadly minutes later they moved a very large wheeled reflector used to bounce the light towards the shop and this completely blocked my view, but I could hear what was being said, so I wandered back to the sheep pen
Looking at the pictures I have taken there seemed to be very little of the large flood lighting which they used in large amounts when filming LOSW, probably it could cause problems with reflections in the shop window
During a reset break Johnny Vegas came up to the pen and chatted with the watchers, signed autographs, and posed for many photo's which I thought was a very nice thing to do, David Jason did manage to wave at one point
