Well the nearest time they filmed near winter was end of September, so all the snows scenes were fake

According to one of the documents I've seen - there's so much stuff I can't lay my hands on it right now - the location filming dates for “What’s Santa Brought for Nora Then?” were 26 November to 3 December 1989!

Wow they must of rushed that filming/editing through to put it on the TV 3 weeks later, though I wonder if it was a clip from the film that they needed for some reason

It was a bit of a risk leaving it so late. I thought it might be due to the availability of a guest star, but Jean Alexander was the only principal actor other than the usual cast. If I could find the document it might also have the studio and audience record dates.
