Anyone else think this joke only worked with drunk Barry in a Santa suit in the back?An injured Howard wasn't the same

Agree the look on the face of the driver when Barry sits up in the back and goes off the road in his new car, Wesley did drive some weird contraptions ,the mobile salad strainer was a good one.His shed was a brilliant place and I always wanted one like it it should have been preserved somewhere such as Beamish.

In the episode with Howard sitting up in the hearse, it was real scream watching Smiler riding his bike into a haystack.

I find the best bit is when they tell Pearl and she collapses narrowly missing a piece of furniture.Infact, she may actually have "just" glanced off it but the memory is a bit vague at the moment ;D

That scene always makes me cringe you can see her hitting the side of the sofa, that's got to have hurt. It is funny thou.

Barry played a good drunkard ;D
Notice how a lot of Wesley's junkers sure smoked a lot? I'm sure some of that was for effect, since I don't know too many engines that could run very long smoking that much. Although, it could be my automotive nerd muscles flexing too ::)

Barry's car didn't smoke, till Wesley "fixed" it in "According to the Prophet Bickerdyke"! ;) ;D ;D
