I don't see that Peri but I see an old lady just out of shot with a very guilty look on her face . I think she has been up to no good and may explain why the web is there but absolutely no sign of the spider:-

I see the old lady
She swallowed a fly
But I don't know why

It wiggled and jiggled

There was a light drizzle Captain and that is why you can't see the spider. He had gone indoors to keep dry. The spiders hereabouts are very clever. The old lady with the guilty look? She had just pinched the spiders' brolly.
