In the episode "Who Made a bit of a Splash in Wales" Ivy,Sid,Compo and Cleggy go off to pick Foggy up,towards the end of the episode Sid is nowhere to be seen and they have to collect Ivy up from her sisters on the way home,so they will have 5 adults,one with his leg in a pot,Foggy's luggage and maybe a wheelchair all in the small Ford Escort, it seemed to me the story did not quiet add up towards the end
 
I suppose it's it quite conceivable that 5 adults would fit in the car just, perhaps with Compo in the middle of the back seat.

Suitcase in the boot.

The pot on his foot and the wheelchair would never have been considered before they left.

Like most episodes, it ends without the whole situation unresolved.

Like the holiday shows the year before, this would have made a very good two parter, as there was certainly another story in what would have happened next.

Mmm - there are several episodes where logic can get in the way! But interesting that Sid has disappeared ... had not noticed that before.
