I hope this is a easy one to track down the episode with just three words,some spoken,some visible part of the episode, I will after some time leave another set of clues

Wider, Lupins, Private

Compo asks Sid if he has a wider choice of drinks.
The man that Compo didn't buy the encyclopedias from said he grew lupins.
When the barmaid was waiting for Foggy to pay for the drinks she said "to think when he started looking, he was only a private"
Compo said "when I'm getting low on fags I miss old Cyril Blamire"
After Clegg and Compo looked at some of the door signs, Foggy says "did you enjoy those"
In the pub, Foggy says he get murderous tempers.
