What type of people could do this?

I was shocked and angered when I read a few weeks ago about 93 year old Emma Winnall being viciously attacked and left for dead.

For a few weeks she bravely battled on against her injuries but I have just read that she has recently died.

This is very upsetting news and I hope those responsible have to live with this on their conscience for the rest of their lives (If they have any)

I can't think of a punishment that would be good enough, she must have thought that she was in hell the last though weeks of her life.
What I would do to him/her/them would not be allowed to be published on a public forum.
I some times dispear that I am the the same species has people like that.

I know the first reaction is to string the person or persons up for doing this. But then wouldn't that make you just as bad as them? i may sound liberal with those views but i don't believe in capital punishment, but do think life should mean life. This is what this person needs, to be locked away in a cell by himself forever with no luxuries.

I read the news earlier today and to say it was sad reading would be an understatement.I do believe in capital punishment and i also believe that harsh penalties should be handed out for serious crime.It is time we had some form of deterrent,where prison is dreaded and feared,life should mean life,etc
