What was the Episode

I recall a bit of the dialogue, and of course the background is outside Marsden, very near the Standedge Tunnel. Can't recall who the third man was, except that it wasn't Blamire or Truly, or anything about the plot.
 
Or is it the railway tunnels at Dunford Bridge? The building looks similar to the Stanhope, and the the two small tunnels with one large one next to them look right for there.

Eagerly awaiting the correct answer.
 
I can't recall the episode but it was a Seymour one. It was the scene where someone asks where the train was going and someone replied it could be London. Upon then they remove their hats. It was a passenger train travelling from out of the tunnel to the left of screen.
